Earl Miller Construction crew includes 7 full-time workers who are highly skilled carpenters. One member of the crew has been with the company for more than 20 years. All of his employees share his work ethic, which is to stay on the job until it is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
With an expertise in roofing, siding, sheet rocking, taping and texturing, painting, kitchen and bath remodeling, concrete work, additions, condensation/moisture management, plaster and lathe repair Earl Miller Construction also specializes in restoring a home back to its original condition after it has been damaged by water, hail, or fire.
Austin Miller
Austin has been with Earl Miller Construction since 2004, has helped manage the business since 2014 & recently became owner in December of 2021. He is dedicated to providing each customer with quality work & great customer service.
He is a member of the Home Builders Association and has served as a board member. He was also name “Builder of the Year” by his colleagues in 2017.
Education:
Associates Degree in Building Construction from Northeast Community College - Norfolk, NE 2009
Steve Kay
Steve has worked for Earl Miller Construction, Inc. since 1993.
Kay’s favorite part of working for Earl Miller Construction is the variety of jobs and the different people he works with.
“Before, I worked in maintenance, doing the same job, in the same building, and with the same people. Now, I might build a garage, put up drywall, or do concrete work. It's pretty hard to get bored,” he said.
Steve has worked for Earl Miller Construction, Inc. since 1993.
